Full Purchase
Rapid Settlements can purchase your entire mortgage note in its entirety.
In this instance, you will only receive a lump sum payment from us
up-front, and will not receive any future payments from obligor under
the mortgage note.
Partial Purchase
Rapid Settlements can purchase your mortgage note payments for any
period of time that you specify. At the end of that time, you would
start receiving those future payments again under the mortgage note.
Perhaps you do not need the payments now, but are concerned that you
may need them in the future. We can buy the payments for the next
five years, while you retain all rights to receive the future payments
after year five.
Reverse
Partial
Rapid Settlements can purchase only future mortgage note payments,
while you continue to receive the current payments for a specified
period of time. Perhaps you are receiving $500 per month for the next
20 years, and need the payments now, but still want to sell a portion
of the mortgage note. We can buy payments from years five thru ten,
so that you continue to receive payments for the next five years,
and then receive the payments again following year ten.
Split
Disbursement Partial
Rapid Settlements can split your mortgage
note payments. Perhaps you are currently receiving $500 per month,
but only need $250 a month. We can give you a lump sum payment for
the portion of the payments you don’t need in the future, while
you still receive the balance of the mortgage note payments.
Multiple Stage Payout
Rapid Settlements can purchase your mortgage note with multiple lump
sums. This might be appropriate if you wanted to switch from your
current monthly payments to annual lump sum payments.
Simultaneous Purchase
Rapid Settlements can purchase your seller-financed mortgage note
occurring simultaneously with the sale of the real property. |
