Rapid Settlements supports the National Structured Settlements Trade
Association* which reported that more than $6 billion of annuities
were written in 2002 as structured settlements for physical injury
claims.
Because many of our transactions involve purchasing only a portion
of a structured settlement, we continue to monitor the ongoing allocation
of payments between claimants having a concurrent interest in the
monthly payments under the structured receivable and we regularly
report the status to all our stakeholders.
