Rapid Settlements, Ltd., is an affiliate of A.M.Y. Property & Casualty Insurance Corporation. Together with its management team and its affiliates, A.M.Y. Property & Casualty provides risk management, claims handling services and overall insurance company administration to more than twenty-five insurance companies insuring or reinsuring policyholders in the U.S., Canada and Mexico.

Rapid Settlements is not a broker. We are generally a principal in all transactions and close the transaction with our own money. While other settlement buyers may sell your settlement or annuity as part of a pool of settlements leaving you to deal with an unknown party collecting your settlement, Rapid Settlements retains responsibility throughout the life of the transaction to ensure the court's rulings are honored and that proper divisions of money occur. We are bonded for all transactions.
